I was wondering if anybody knows about any programs that allow cadets to go to law school after graduating from a university? It may also be important to mention that the said Cadet would have participated in ROTC and signed a contract to commission after he graduates from college.

You tagged Army so I will respond for Army.

Three options that I am familiar with... for law school.
1) Educational Delay. Ask your cadre. AR601-25. However, there is no financial support from the Army for this option and there is no guarantee you will recommission into JAG.
2) Commission Reserves or NG and go to law school. May have to coordinate BOLC to not interfere with school. Again, no guarantee you will recommission into JAG.
3) FLEP. Funded Legal Education Program. AR27-1. This occurs after you have been promoted to 03 (Captain).

You didn’t say which branch...in Army it’s right in the contract, and it’s called educational delay. It’s very competitive. I’ve had one in 13 years, and he was one of 14 nationwide selected for ed delay for law school. Senior year is when you apply for ed delay
