The cocktail thread (I blame the Rona) - post yours !

Today is my first day back on contract. One would think working from home in shorts, barefoot, and a T-shirt would be the best thing since the electric fan. To cope with my dreadful life I’m tending my grill while swigging on vodka and diet Ginger Ale.
 
While here at 4600 feet we are a chilly 104. Thankfully, AZ has limited humidty (currently at 15%). Makes one crave a sweaty chilly glass of an adult beverage.

Pretty boring here - I typically reach for a salted lime Kolsch. On special occasions, DH will make his famous margaritas. I don't order margaritas at a restaurant anymore because they just don't compare. Sometimes I think he won't share the recipe with me because he might suspect it's one of the reasons I've kept him around for 26 years LOL! 🥓 :thumb:🤣

Same reason you would not waste Roederer Cristal or Krug Grand Cuvée in a mimosa. Just hand that bottle over to me and let me go, and hold the OJ.
A nice Spanish cava does a great mimosa.
