Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but my Admissions Counselor just informed me that all offers have been disseminated. Only way a spot opens is cold feet or an injury.

Sad :-( Did they say if they’ll send out letters or just leave everyone at waitlist?

I will probably get some slack for saying this, but you are essentially USNA's side piece. If they want you, they will get you, (if a spot opens) but there is nothing that you can do to get them to want you. To answer your question, they are going to keep some on the waitlist.

Where did you hear this? My understanding is that they do start sending TWEs during the waitlist process, I could be wrong but it doesn't make sense to keep dozens of people on a waitlist for MAYBE a few spots.

Did they tell you that everyone will stay on the waitlist until June 29th? Bc that’s not how it’s been in the past. During my youngest’s cycle, there were several funnelings (release of some) of the list. With only a couple left at the very end. We had a group chat, and periodically, some would receive a TWE, and say goodbye.

Just realizing, that my son received his phone call 3 yrs ago today!!

Same with mine from last year. Remain hopeful everyone, the waitlist is not for the faint of heart. My daughter didn’t come off until May 25. I remain hopeful for each of you.

I will correct that. I sort of made an educated guess and I was wrong.
