Hello, I have been fighting with DODMERB for over a year now for having asthma listed in my medical records. The problem is that I was never really dependent on any medication (even though I was prescribed some), and I have had a pulmonologist write me a letter saying so. I have taken several pulmonary function tests that come back normal, and I have even taken a Methacholine Challenge test that came back normal, but my waiver was still denied. They did not give me a reason for a denial from the MCT, and I do not know what to do from here. I was hoping someone on this site could help, or even someone from DODMERB. Thank you.

Your question is probably too technical and specific to your case to get a good answer on how to proceed.

You might try a DoDMERB consultant. I believe the initial consultation is free, but after that there is a fee. Someone on the forum mentioned a consultant was helpful in their case.

Ok I did contact a consultant about 30 minutes ago I figured I would try anything that I could. Maybe someone else on here knows something that we don't too.
