Wordle

Didn't go well today. I probably could have made another 5 guesses from the letters I had without choosing the word of the day. This has happened 3/4 days this week (though the others I solved in the nick of time). I don't find this part at all enjoyable b/c it is nothing more than guessing letters and hoping I get lucky. If this continues to happen to me, I'm moving on from Wordle. [I realize there's nothing the game can do about it but why continue something that only serves to annoy me.]

Don't feel frustrated. The problem is that you have an incredibly large vocabulary with dozens of potential answers bouncing around in your head. The game isn't designed for someone of that caliber.

At least that's what I tell my wife when she gets it in fewer tries than me.🙂
 
Today, I felt it was more skill than luck. Not that I did all that well . . . but at least I was forced to think of letter pairings, etc. and not just guess random letters.
