I have not. Have you received official word from Senator Smith? It showed up in my portal but still no email or letter yet...

A nomination (USAFA) popped up in my portal, no official email for letter yet. However I did have a brief conversation over the phone with the staffer and he said they will be sending out official notifications early February as well as corresponding with local newspapers.

I can't speak for this cycle directly but two years ago my DD received her nom from Senator Schumer in her USMA portal on 2/2. The letter came in the mail after.

DS received a nomination to USAFA from Joe Wilson (SC) on 1/17, which happened to be the day before we flew out to CO for a windshield tour! PTL! He has not heard anything from Scott (first interview), and Graham is scheduled for this Saturday. Should he keep the interview? USAFA is the only academy he applied to.

We are also in SC. Keep the interview appointment. You want to be competing on as many slates as possible. 1 nom is great but 3 is even better!

Received a nomination to USNA from Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-05) yesterday! I was informed by phone call.

It is my understanding that the Sen Graham (SC) panel intended to complete interviews by 1/24/21.

He had his interview last night.

I would agree with this advice (many posts on this subject).

DS had his Sen. Scott Zoom interview in October, but has heard nothing since.
