Hello all! As the title says, this thread is about just that! I'm struggling a little with the upper body portion (pull-ups and push ups) of the simulated CFA. Do any fitness gurus, previous/past mids, current mids, or anyone knowledgeable about physical fitness have any tips or workouts that would help with this? (besides the obvious, keep working at it) I would like to have some sort of workouts or exercises to add to my daily routine! I would like to have my official CFA submitted by the end of August at the latest. Any tips, exercises, workouts, or advice would be extremely helpful!
