Unable to complete/submit application

All checks are green, but one- but unable to submit SAT/ACT scores and unable to reach anyone via email of phone to resolve.
Everything else done, but still no DODMERB. Concerned with deadline in days.

I'm pretty sure you submit scores through the college board website. Go to the college boad website and there will be an option to send scores, it will cost a bit but it's the only way I know (for the SAT, I was unable to take the ACT)

Dilemna is covid hit after 1st SAT attempt and score is awful reflection of actual ability. Multiple attempts to take SAT and ACT following were cancelled.

Contact not only ACT/SAT to resend the scores (that takes some time) but send a screenshot of your scores, the testing date and the part which shows which SAs/colleges you sent your scores to and a heads-up to Admissions that they are not recorded your portal yet. All of that will help them locate them.

I'd also send the cancellation notices to let them know you attempted to improve those scores.
