Please keep my son in your prayers over the next few days. He was rushed to the hospital from the Academy today. We don't know what is wrong, it is very difficult for me being all the way across the country.
Prayer works.
Thank you.

Most definitely, you have prayers here. Rest assured that the academy and colorado springs hospitals are top notch. They will take very good care of him. Our prayers are most definitely with him, you, and your family. Mike....

My prayers are with you and your family that the Lord give you peace and surround your son with a caring and professional medical team.

Yes - God answers every prayer. I will pray for your whole family and hope that you can find some comfort knowing that many of the SAF family are lifting up prayers for your son.

My family's prayers are with you and your son. If there is anything you need, please send me a PM. I have a lot of parent contacts in the Springs area, and they are always willing to help.

Thank you everyone. It has been a difficult evening. He is in surgery right now. The doctor said that it is his appendix. They don't know if it has ruptured. Hopefully it hasn't. I am taking the 1st flight in the morning. I will be there by 10:30 AM.

Thank you again.

Lord, we lift up this young man to Your care and attention. We know You alone know every hair on his head and You alone can heal him. We pray for Your wisdom in the medical staff treating him that they can find the best path to help him. We pray for Your comfort for this special youth that he can rest in Your hands and trust in Your power to heal. We pray also for his family and friends to have faith in You and to have the peace and reassurance that only Your strength can give them. We pray also that this trial brings us all closer to You and closer to all our brothers and sisters in faith. In Your all powerful name we pray. Amen.

We live here in the springs. Let us know if we can do anything for you.
Dave

Prayers from here also. Please keep us updated as to his progress. May God bless all of you.

You have the greater USAFA family as your wing man. Please let us know what else we, or our cadets can do, during your son's recovery.

Thank you so much for all your prayers. He was operated on Sunday night it went well. I am in his room typing this on my Blackberry. The doctor said he will be fine just can't PT for the next 4 to 6 weeks. He seems in good spirits and will be sent back to the Acadeny in the next couple of days. Once again thanks for the prayers they are vety powetful.
