Congratulations to your son! That was my son’s experience last year. No interview from Durbin, but it seemed like dozen of pages of essays for the other Senator 🤣. He did get an email saying he earned a nomination from Durbin & a reject letter from the other one. I wonder who your nom is for!
Thanks! Yes, definitely curious to see!

Congrats! DS’s heard nothing since his interview with Senator Booker. One more interview to go with Rep. Watson Coleman in 2 days.

How was the nomination announced? A call from the MOC?
Elected officials can choose to inform any way they want, or not at all. Some candidates just see a nom appear in their portal with no warning. Some may receive a letter. DS should have his phone vmail activated with a professional message, and keep an eye out for calls from unknown numbers to pick up and answer

Saw the portal red x turn into a green one

Okay, so it seems notifications may be given in all sorts of ways.

This was my representative. I haven't heard anything from Booker/Menendez since the interview
NJ Senators like to announce noms at the very end of January, Booker last year was literally on Jan. 31 I believe.

My son just completed his last two interviews for the 3 things in the state (MD). If they follow the pattern of last year, he won't hear anything until the end of January ........

IL-06. Our Rep's website had indicated his decisions would be out by 12/1 (after interviews 11/13), but his office emailed all interviewees last week and said it turned out it would take longer than planned.
At least they emailed you. Lol.

That a great point. ( professional message). TY.

Has anyone heard from Senator Roger Wicker or Senator Cindy Hyde-Smith in Mississippi?

I have a friend from Mississippi and he said that he hasn't heard anything from Senator Wicker. I'm not sure about Senator Hyde-Smith though.

Anyone from Louisiana here? I just finished my interviews, and I feel kind of (Keyword: kind of) good about how my interviews went. How did y'all's go?

Sorry I meant it’s weird my son’s just says Senator 1, so I assumed they’d just be Senator 1 and Senator 2, ha.

IL: This week DS received congressional nomination from Kinzinger and rejection from Durbin. Nothing yet from Duckworth.
