Yes, I received a call from one of Senator Cornyn’s congressional staffers and he notified me that I received a nomination.

DS saw his portals for USAFA and USMA got updated today with nomination from local MOC. But didn't get any email, no phone call either. Maybe next week or thru snail mail?

Haven't heard from Sen. Feinstein yet after his zoom interview.

No interview schedule at all from Sen. Padilla. Maybe he's only interviewing SoCal applicants?

Congratulations on the MOC nominations! I'm curious - did your DS interview with your MOC? I have 'heard' through these forums that sometimes nominations just 'show up' with no communication at all from the office. . .do you mind sharing who your MOC is?

Personal interview with MOC CA-10. Zoom with Feinstein. Both last Dec 4, it was a bit hectic for DS. He got good feedback right after, he asked them how he did.

But no other communication after that day, so we were wondering what's next. The SA portals got updated just today.

We are in southern CA and haven’t heard anything from him either.

DS got a letter yesterday from local MOC (upstate NY) informing him of his nomination to USAFA! Nothing on the portal yet…..
Congrats to all - I am thrilled for my son that we can join the waiting game

Yes USAFA is his first and only….he did not apply to others. He also applied to AFROTC.

Interesting, as we kept hearing that NJ senators liked to call candidates.

Last year - our DS received the call from Senator Menendez. Went to VM and DS had to wait for him to call back! When it appeared in the portal, the local nomination also appeared - but never got a call from the local representative. Interesting - we thought it would be the reverse. Think it just depends on their schedules/availability. The Senator's office then called to inform him of the appointment - so his appointment came through that nomination which surprised us as well (again thought it would more likely attach to local rep.) Good luck to all the NJ candidates!

My son just completed his last two interviews for the 3 things in the state (MD). If they follow the pattern of last year, he won't hear anything until the end of January .......

My son interviewed with Cardin's panel on 12/3 and with Van Holen's panel on 11/20. How about yours?
