DQ - to school

I was DQ'ed on the 25th, and my applicant page say Waiver Pending Waiver Submission/Review. But on my West Point portal still just says Remedial (Jan. 16, 2019). How long will it take for West Point to get my DQ?

Also, I believe there to be an error with DoDMerb because on my applicant page the USMA DQ is for acne (111.01), while the Naval Academy DQ is for eczema after 12th birthday(111.10). I have not had eczema since I was six months old and their codes are very similar. I did have an acne problem that is related to the USMA DQ. How should I go about fixing this error, since I have tried emailing and have gotten no response?

Try picking up the phone and calling the DoDMERB help desk. DoDMERB DQs so I would think you need to pursue it with them. You may need to follow up with USMA to make sure they pick up any change (only because I would never make the assumption that it would take care of itself).
