Waiting for remedial results

I went for a remedial for my astigmatism in mid December, and my medical status has still not been updated. 3 days ago, I received an email from the USAFA waiver authority saying that I needed to take action on my remedial. I replied back that I had already done the remedial over a month ago and they said that they would get DODMERB to check with Concorde. Is there anything I can do?

When you write "went for a remedial", do you mean that DoDMERB returned a remedial code which required you to send additional information which they required?

Did you upload it electronically or send it via snail-mail?

If snail-mail, is this where you sent it?:

Did you send it registered/certified mail (so you know they got it?) or did you just send it in an envelope with a stamp?
