I submitted all of my "parts" 2 weeks ago and got checkmarks late last week for the 2 items their office has to confirm. I got an e-mail telling me everything was completed.

Ok thanks. So I guess DD is still within the normal timeframe.

I have completed everything, but I am unable to submit it because my questionnaire is still marked incomplete even though I submitted it months ago. It says that the questionnaire still needs to be verified by his office and will be marked complete afterward. I tried reaching out to his office about a week ago through email to follow up, but I have not heard back. Is anyone else experiencing this as well? I do not want to email again because I do not want to bug them, but I am getting a little worried since the application closes on November 1st. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I submitted my questionnaire several weeks ago and just last week their office gave it the green checkmark. Hopefully the same has happened for you by now.

Question: is Completed Online Application/Questionaire checkmarked when you have finished everything else or if it the questionnaire is completed? I finished the questionnaire almost 1 month ago but it hasn't check marked but my letter of rec writers haven't sent theirs in yet so I'm assuming it's the first option?
 
Good evening, I have a question regarding Representative Mark Takano's nomination application.
On this link: https://takano.house.gov/services/service-academy-nominations , it states that there must be 3 additional recommendation letters from 2 school affiliated and 1 non-school related ON TOP of the 2 evaluation letters already in the required nomination application. From this, I interpret that there are 5 total (3 LoRs/2 evaluation forms).

However on this link: https://takano.house.gov/military-academy-nominations-faq , it states that there's only 2 letters of recommendation (being the evaluations I assume) with the 3rd recommendation being optional.

Which instructions do I follow? At this point in the game, I feel like this is too late to complete for 3 more letters of recommendation within the next 4-5 days. I opened my application in August, which at the time on Rep. Takano's website had the old application form posted (I didn't know at the time). I have since completed almost all of my application, but now looking at his website it's discouraging for me to see an updated version of the application that was posted so recently.

I'm not sure. My LOR were also submitted and checkmarked the same day my application questionnaire was checkmarked.

When in doubt go directly to the source. Reach out to their academy liaison ASAP with a professional email.
 
Going back to Senator Padilla application, has anyone had the application completed in the last day or so?. I submitted the questionnaire in early September. Everything is ticked off green except the Questionnaire. It is ticked green in the box on the left but still listed as incomplete as it is not verified by the office. I want to email and ask but I am sure they are swamped right now. the website states applications will not be considered if not complete by the Nov 1st deadline.

I've had no communication from both Senator offices for Indiana, since the application deadline on Oct. 14 - 15.

Same here. DD has had it in for awhile. Questionnaire still says being reviewed by office as well as the letters of recommendation. I’m sure they have a ton of applications. DD will call when it gets to the final hour. Hopefully it won’t be too late!
