State Nomination Threads - Moderated

DS received his second nomination to the USAFA from Senator Mike Lee of Utah this evening . He received his first nomination to the USAFA last Friday from Rep John Curtis UT-03.

But, I'm just wondering, did your congressman's office confirm that your apparent double nomination was an error? Every congressman does get a double slate every four years, and others on this forum have said that they've seen double noms from a single source in the past.

Yes, my congressman’s office confirmed it was an error and that admissions would fix the issue eventually. You are also correct that congressmen occasionally have multiple openings. I hope your son really does have two nominations!

Ayyy! I got nominations from Rep Curtis UT-03 a few weeks ago as well!
 
DS’s USMMA portal now says nomination-YES! Waiting to see who from because USMMA doesn’t list which PA MOC and no written notification yet.
 
Any word from the Michigan Senators, Stabenow and Peters. Stabenow was slated to be released on 12/21.

I had a phone interview with Senator Harris' office on 12/15/18.
No word yet from the office of Senator Feinstein. Have you heard anything?

DS has heard from both MCCaskill and our rep as well(MO-02), nothing from Blunt yet.
 
Yes, our candidate received Sen. Stabenow's letter today too. Check your mail boxes folks.

Yes. DD received nom to USNA & USAFA from Michigan 10th rep Mitchell. Via portal and snail mail.
